A well-established design studio is seeking an experienced, strategic and relationship-driven Senior Architect to step lead, shape, and grow a healthy Seniors Living and Institutional portfolio. This is a key leadership role for a seasoned professional passionate about building trusted partnerships, guiding existing clients through complex decision-making and delivering meaningful projects for community and care. This role is well suited to a confident communicator with strong client leadership capability to support and expand its work across the sectors whilst offering the opportunity to influence studio culture and play a pivotal part in the continued growth of the local team.
