Job Description
General Description: Ensure the operational reliability, integrity, and effectiveness of the plant's electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, biometric devices, and security management platforms), safeguarding facilities, personnel, assets, and information through technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilities
Manage, monitor, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance of electronic security systems: CCTV (IP and analog), access control, and biometric devices.
Configure and provide basic support for the network infrastructure associated with security systems (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Operate and manage physical security software platforms (VMS, PSIM, etc.).
Conduct incident analysis and generate reports that include security system performance metrics.
Coordinate with IT, maintenance, and physical security teams to resolve incidents effectively.
