Job Description: Act as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for visitors and employees across all facilities. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the property and Paladin Security policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and community members. Conduct regular patrols, including foot patrols, to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel. Respond to incidents and emergencies, assisting with evacuation procedures and contacting emergency services when needed. Inspect facilities frequently for damage or potential hazards and report findings to management. Encourage a safe, inclusive, and supportive community environment. Maintain detailed incident and daily activity reports. Uphold Paladin’s values of integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times. Additional duties as assigned.
