Indonesia Security Manager is responsible for leading PepsiCo's security strategy and programs across Indonesia, ensuring the safety and security of associates, assets, operations, and reputation. The role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for security risk management, investigations, crisis management, business continuity, and security governance.
Working closely with business leaders, external stakeholders, and regional security teams, the role identifies emerging risks, develops mitigation strategies, and fosters a culture of security awareness and resilience that enables business continuity and growth.
