Job Title: Security Manager

Matrix reporting: Reports functionally to Regional Security Manager (Swiss Markets)

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Protection
  • Design and execute the corporate asset protection strategy, addressing internal and external risks that may impact the company's physical, financial, and reputational assets.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and performance metrics to prevent theft, fraud, sabotage, or information leakage.
  • Lead internal investigations of security incidents, ensuring documentation, traceability, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Audit to guarantee alignment with local and international regulations.
