Job Description
As a Security Officer, you represent order and security, inspire trust, are service‑oriented, possess a high sense of responsibility, can communicate with a diverse audience, are empathetic, manage emotions, stay calm, are proactive and analytical, and are motivated to continuously improve.
Responsibilities
- Patrol the security premises
- Monitor access to secure areas
- Supervise and protect sensitive data
- Evacuate and initiate emergency measures
- Lead a team of two to six agents
- Prepare and review reports
- Adjust shift schedules in case of personnel shortages
Qualifications
- Experience in the security field
- Willingness to work irregular hours (3‑shift operation including night and weekend shifts)
