Security Officer

JOB SUMMARY

As a Security Officer in our Security Department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Patrol all floors
• Carry out documented fire route patrols
• Assist in escorting any persons acting undesirably off the premises, using the departmental SOP
• Ensure only current associates are permitted to enter the hotel via the designated associate entrance and that all ex‑associates do not enter the company premises; record and issue visitor and contractor passes for all contractors and visitors
• Be fully conversant in the use of the hotel locking systems to allocate associate keys accordingly and delete all reported missing keys as instructed
