Security Officer

Location : Harbourfront / CBD Area

Shift : Rotating Shift (2D2N2O)

Timing : 0800hrs to 2000hrs & 2000hrs to 0800hrs

SO Rank : Possess basic Computer knowledge to manage Security Reception to operate Visitor Management System.

Responsibilities

• Alarm and event Monitoring (24*7)
• Maintain tracker of every alarms in excel (Daily)
• Escalate Technical issue to vendor
• Vendor entry - Necessary arrangement (PTW, DC form)
• Update Technical Security Officer for any Technical fault where immediate attention required
• Coordinate with RES for maintenance fault which impacts ACS & CCTV equipment
• Update local incidents to site PSM and SOACC
