Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Monitoring of security guards' duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that Security Protocols / Policy is implemented and being consistency practiced by SGs
- Assessment of risk and safety hazards in the site
Minimum job requirements (Education, experience, skills):
- BOSCH certified and/or OSH certified
- Have been a security officer for at least 2 years
- Preferably worked in a BPO
- Relevant training or certification as a Security Officer
- Well verse in using MS Tools specially presentation tools
