Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Patient Watch Guards: The SPM will be responsible for overseeing all non healthcare employees, which includes full-time, part-time, and casual employees.
  • Training: The SPM will conduct or coordinate the 8-hour training program for newly onboarded guards, ensuring they are knowledgeable in procedures, regulations
  • Supervision & Support: The SPM will provide daily management and support to all guards in their portfolio, ensuring proper scheduling, compliance with security protocols, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Coordination with Other Operational Stakeholders: The SPM will liaise with other divisions of the security team including Operations, CSM’s, PRC’s and scheduling to ensure seamless operations, particularly when extra coverage or specific protocols are required for specific high profile prope...
