• Apply security rules as per manuals, including but not limited to courses of action, protocols, pertinent laws, regulations, and standards.
• Manage daily security operations and resolve any escalated issues.
• Assist Security Manager with monthly guard assessment, handling emergency cases, and supporting investigations and audits.
• Supervise the security entrance/exit.
• Implement security improvements in accordance with corporate policies and local best practices.
• Know commercial operations for the site to detect loss risk and carry out correspondence investigations.
• Acknowledge all security concerns from tenants and company personnel.
