Security Systems Technicians

Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking experienced Security Systems Technicians to join our team.

The Security Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of electronic security systems, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, and related low‑voltage infrastructure. This role ensures systems are installed correctly, operate reliably, and meet client and industry standards.

The position involves hands‑on troubleshooting, system testing, and repairs, as well as supporting upgrades and new installations. The Security Technician works closely with both the Sales team and Delivery team to support project requirements, clarify scope, and help ensure smooth execution from design through completion. The role also includes collaborating with clients to identify issues, provide solutions, and maintain a high level of service and satisfaction.
