Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced trainer with a COSCA Trainer Accreditation to deliver the Online Condensed COSCA Counselling Skills Course. This role involves facilitating four modules, each delivered over two weekends, for participants across Glasgow and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all four modules of the online course, ensuring delivery quality and engagement.
- Mark participants' progress and provide feedback on work.
- Use Murray's Initiative Zoom account for live sessions.
- Ensure all content aligns with the COSCA Statement of Ethics & Code of Practice.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Cosca Trainer Accreditation.
- Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme for protected adults.
- Evidence of Personal Liability Insurance.
- Experience delivering counselling skills training (preferred).
