Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs and Mental Health (SEMH) Teacher to join our multidisciplinary team in Woking. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences for pupils with emotional, behavioural and mental health challenges, fostering resilience and academic progress within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and evaluate tailored lessons for SEMH pupils in line with the National Curriculum and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress and adapt interventions to meet evolving needs.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCO, counsellors, parents and external agencies to ensure a cohesive support network.
