Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition (CVD/PVD), CMP, diffusion, ion implantation, and metrology. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance yield, throughput, and defect reduction. Drive advanced process control (APC) and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies for process optimization. Analyze process variation and defects using FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) and DOE (Design of Experiments) techniques. Work with AI/ML teams to implement predictive analytics and machine learning for defect prevention and process control. Support SECS/GEM and EDA integration for smart fab automation and real-time data monitoring. Collaborate with R&D, IT, and automation teams to implement Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions.
