About the role
You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of SEN and SEMH needs, helping them feel safe, regulated and able to engage with learning throughout the school day.
Your support may include:

Providing steady 1:1 or small-group support across lessons and the wider school day
Helping pupils navigate emotions, behaviour and social situations
Supporting transitions, routines and unstructured times
Encouraging positive communication and independence
Working closely with teaching staff and SEN leads

Who we’re looking for

Experience working with young people (SEN, SEMH, PRU or similar settings is ideal)
