A recruitment agency is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant in Ashford to support pupils with additional learning needs at a primary school. The role includes working 1:1 and in small intervention groups, implementing individual support strategies, and supporting behavior and emotional development. Ideal candidates will have experience with SEN, a patient approach, and strong communication skills. Enhanced DBS is required. This opportunity starts from September.
