We’re recruiting passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEN secondary school in the Redhill/Chaldon area ASAP.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of patience, consistency, and building positive relationships with students who need extra support to thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines
Encouraging confidence, communication, and independence
Working closely with teachers and therapists
