We are currently seeking an experienced SENCO for a secondary school in Leicester.

The successful candidate will oversee SEND provision within the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive appropriate support and access to learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating SEND provision across the school
  • Managing EHCP processes and annual reviews
  • Supporting teaching staff with SEND strategies and interventions
  • Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment

    Applicants should have:

  • Previous experience within a SENCO or senior SEND support role
