About the role
EdStaff are seeking a forward‑thinking and committed SEND Teaching Assistant for a role at a SEND education base within a mainstream secondary school. The provision provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for pupils who need additional or tailored support, or benefit from smaller group sizes. Learners within the base have a range of additional needs, including ADHD, ASD, speech and language difficulties.
The school are looking for somebody who is calm, resilient and confident in building positive relationships with pupils to provide a nurturing learning environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about breaking barriers to learning for pupils.
