Working hours- Weekday: 6:30am to 7:00pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
- Every Sat: 6:30am to 1:30pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
- 44 hours per work week
As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties:
- Greet and register patients
- Coordinate specialists'' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
