Job Description
The Account Manager acts as a key commercial partner to sellers and supports the Category Manager in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence for the assigned category. This role is responsible for managing seller relationships, improving seller performance, executing commercial initiatives, and ensuring that sellers are aligned with ZALORA’s business priorities.
The Account Manager reports directly to the Category Manager and plays an important role in delivering category targets by supporting day‑to‑day account management, business reviews, campaign execution, and cross‑functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Category Manager in managing the performance of assigned sellers within the Non‑Risk / Sports & Footwear category.
