What You Will Do

  • act as a senior, trusted point of contact for clients, managing complex inquiries, commercial discussions, and stakeholder interactions with confidence.
  • build, develop, and deepen long term relationships at all levels within client organizations, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • proactively identify and execute upselling and cross selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth against ambitious targets.
  • own the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition into our services, laying the foundation for long term partnerships.
  • develop a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and regulatory dynamics to anticipate challenges and deliver tailored, value adding solutions.
