Cultivate long-term relationships with Vancouver Canucks' Legacy Club members as a Senior Account Manager. Focus on personalized customer service and VIP engagement while maximizing membership advantages. This role is pivotal within the Ticket Sales & Service team, aimed at enhancing the experience for Season Ticket Members with over 25 years of loyalty.
Your responsibilities include managing key accounts, facilitating in-person engagements, and driving the promotion of ticket products. You will also collaborate with the Membership Benefits Coordinator to create exclusive events catering to valued members.
