As a Senior Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services (Senior Bookkeeper) – Responsibilities

• Reconcile data from third‑party applications such as Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, etc.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit‑card statements in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile and review sales data.
• Review accounts receivable/accounts payable and process using third‑party applications.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Review payroll time entries and process payroll.
• Run GST/HST/PST reports, review audit trail and file reports with CRA.
• Prepare T4 returns.
• Set up client files, assist with budgets and other cloud‑bookkeeping work.
