Senior Accountant Finance

Responsibilities

• Supervisor role specialized in ledgers and accounting, ensuring high standards of departmental operation and reporting to stakeholders.
• Managing and monitoring the Local Accounting team (General-Ledger, Sub-Ledger A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets).
• Preparing monthly journal entries and adjustments, including work‑in‑progress, prepayments, accruals and taxes.
• Reviewing, analyzing and maintaining balance sheets, tracking account contents and performing reconciliations.
• Preparing, reviewing and analyzing the month‑end Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts for financial reporting purposes.
• Responsible for cash‑flow management and reporting, including preparing and monitoring the weekly cash flow position, notifying Corporate Treasury, managing intercompany outgoing payments, engaging in the collection process and liaising with project managers for overdue invoices.
