Job Description
You are a hands-on accounting professional who has owned the books for a growing company (or multiple companies), and you are good at it. Not overseeing it. Doing it. You reconcile accounts, classify transactions correctly the first time, process payroll, and build reports that didn’t exist before you showed up.
You know the difference between books that are technically closed and books that are actually clean. You get ahead of problems instead of reacting to them. You communicate clearly in English and can work independently without someone managing your daily tasks.
You want to work with a CEO who actually reads the reports you produce and makes decisions based on them. You are ready to be the entire finance function for a growing portfolio of businesses — and you are excited about that, not intimidated by it.
