Senior Accountant

DELOS is an agritech company building the infrastructure for modern shrimp farming in Indonesia. We operate across multiple farm sites and entities, and we're at an inflection point — scaling operations, bringing on institutional investors, and professionalizing our Finance, Accounting & Tax function.

We're looking for a Senior Accountant who isn't just technically solid, but wants to own and shape how finance works in a complex, high-growth environment. This isn't a seat-warming role. You'd be working closely with the CEO and finance lead on:

* Month-end close and financial reporting

* Farm-level cost accounting and biological asset treatment

* Xero (and eventual ERP) management

* Building SOPs and controls that actually work on the ground

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
