Job Description:

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.

Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.

Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training and guidance.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
