• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Junior Accountants. Setting clear expectations, providing day‑to‑day guidance, and creating an environment where they can grow and thrive
• Conduct regular check‑ins and performance conversations to support team members' professional development
• Delegate tasks effectively, manage team workloads, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Act as the first point of escalation for your team, helping them work through complex accounting issues with confidence
