Overview
The Senior Accountant will support our installation and repair services business within the Leon's Furniture Group - LFL - of companies. The senior accountant will be responsible for accounting, reporting, budgeting and tracking of KPIs.
Location
Corporate Office - Toronto, Ontario - Fully Onsite
Responsibilities
- Month end close processes (preparation of journal entries, elimination entries, recurring entries and accruals, and account reconciliations) for the installation and repair services business.
- Preparation of the monthly management report deliverables.
- Assist with the interim and year-end audit.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Liaise with operational and other corporate departments.
- Identify financial process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with focus on financial reporting and analysis.
