ROLE: Manager, Securitization and Technical Accounting
CONTRACT: 12 months, with chance for extension/permanent
START DATE: ASAP
SETUP: Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in office
About the Opportunity
- Lead the accounting workstream for the securitization program and help establish the supporting process framework.
- Analyze securitization performance, including profitability, funding impact, and comparison against non-securitized structures.
- Work closely with internal finance, accounting, legal, and external capital markets partners on transaction execution.
- Guide and support the internal accounting team on the treatment and reporting requirements for securitized portfolios.
