Job Description

We represent our client, a company that provides professional HR and administrative support services, focusing on payroll, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management to support smooth business operations.

  • Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday / 9.000am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
  • Handle treasury function and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, custom regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documentations.
  • Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management
