Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business related course
  • At least 5 years of experience in office administration, general services, or a similar support role
  • Background in handling employee travel processing, work permits or liaison related work is preferred
  • Experience in coordinating company events, health and safety programs, or facility-related services is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of local labor standards and compliance requirements especially to DOLE Safety and Health reportorial requirements
  • Experience in handling administrative support for expatriates or officers
  • Experience in basic health monitoring processes (in coordination with a Company Nurse)
  • Knowledgeable in housing/ accommodation coordination and vendor management
  • Knowledge in company vehicle/ driver scheduling and monitoring is an advantage
