Summary
The Senior Administration Officer –responsible for managing end-to-end transport operations and facility services with a primary focus on night shift operations (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM, may vary as per business requirement). This role ensures uninterrupted business operations during night hours by delivering reliable transport services, maintaining workplace safety, and efficiently managing facilities with strong operational control and quick decision-making. The role includes supervising housekeeping, security, maintenance, and infrastructure services while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Transport Management
Plan, manage, and monitor daily employee transport operations.
Prepare routing, clubbing of routes based on cancellations and managing pickup time.
Ensure employee satisfaction, route optimization, cost efficiency, and timely services.
