Execute and oversee Asset Transfers (Internal, External) and Trades (from Trade Capture to Settlement) Workflows accordingly to SLA
Provide subject matter expertise on complex trade/transfer requirements in support of Administrator processing requirements and responsibilities
Role covers:
> Asset Transition from instruction through to market Settlement
> Trade Capture through to Market Settlement
Oversee and manage working queues to ensure timely prioritization and clearance of transactions; monitor team productivity and workload distribution
Support participation in strategic initiatives, continuous process improvements, process reviews
Work with Supervisor to implement required controls and processes to mitigate risks
Guide and mentor team members on procedural requirements, work prioritization, and best practices to ensure efficiency
