We are seeking a Senior Advisor for Defence and Security to play a pivotal role in strengthening EY’s presence across Canada’s Government & Public Sector, with a focus on the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). This senior, market‑facing role combines account leadership, subject matter expertise, and business development.

Your key responsibilities

Defence Sector Leadership & Market Presence

• Serve as EY’s client‑and public‑facing SME on defence and the CAF
• Act as a trusted advisor on defence priorities and transformation
• Represent EY externally through media, conferences, and events
• Lead development of defence‑focused thought leadership
• Be an active contributor to our global defence and security ecosystem
