Job Description

Job Summary:

We are searching for professional AR Operations Officers to represent our clients by providing remarkable service to their customers. The job holder is responsible for performing cash application/AR activities, following up on overdue accounts, maintaining regular customer contact and addressing all inquiries with accurate and efficient response.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform cash application and AR activities, including posting incoming payments and account reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, discrepancies, disputes, and deductions
  • Handle query resolution, adjustments, and customer issues within company policies
  • Support chargebacks and negotiation of repayment terms with customers
  • Maintain accurate records, meet performance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and provide support to Department Head on ad-hoc tasks
