What you’ll do
- Design and build production-grade conversational services - Joule and micro‑services in Java and Python.
- Explore, understand, and implement most recent technologies and approaches for cloud platform and data pipelines.
- Design and define ADR, ACD for the solution on new features or integrations.
- Drive engineering across Architecture, Implementation, Testing, and Delivery of the Product.
- Produce high‑quality, maintainable code with an emphasis on modularity, testing, and performance.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and contribute to a high‑performance team culture.
- Solve complex integration and performance challenges across systems, often working across time zones in a global team set.
