Participate in the technological watch and definition of development standards to ensure system efficiency, resilience and sustainability. Optimize the platform for maximum velocity and scalability. Optimize and prioritize development tasks in collaboration with the team. Ensure the high level of quality of the work delivered. Strengthen the development team productivity.
