CoreFactor is searching for a Senior AI Technical Product Owner on a contract basis for a client in the GTA.

This position is hybrid and will require the successful incumbent to go into office 2-4 times per week located in Downtown Toronto.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Technical Product Owner to help build and scale the organization's enterprise AI and personalization capabilities—powering smarter, more relevant client experiences across our digital channels.

This role owns the end-to-end roadmap and backlog for AI-enabled platforms, translating business priorities, client experience opportunities, and technical strategy into clear, prioritized work for delivery teams. You will play a critical role in shaping how the organization levers data, machine learning, and generative AI to drive personalization, engagement, and growth.
