Senior Analyst, Balance Sheet Strategy

About the Role

As ATB’s next Senior Analyst, Balance Sheet Strategy, you will support Treasury Balance Sheet Strategy reporting, analysis, and operational processes through the preparation and updating of recurring reports, investigation of variances, and coordination with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, and Accounting teams. This role plays an important part in supporting timely and accurate reporting, monitoring key balance sheet and profitability metrics, and identifying trends or issues requiring further analysis.

Accountabilities

• Prepare and update monthly/quarterly reporting, presentations, and supporting commentary related to balance sheet performance (e.g., NIM/NII variances), Treasury forecasting, and other insights that drive decision making.
• Review reporting results for completeness and reasonability by identifying unusual variances, trends, and potential business or operational drivers requiring further investigation.
