Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Analyst to play a key role in developing data and analytics for one of the most significant transformation programmes in the history of the Family Justice System.
Cafcass’ Private Law Reform programme is reshaping how services are delivered to children and families, supporting the creation of Child Focused Courts across the Family Justice System in England. In this role, you will provide the technical data capability to underpin the reform, designing and developing robust data architecture, scalable reporting solutions, and high-quality analytical products that directly inform delivery and decision-making.
This is a hands-on senior technical build role, requiring strong expertise in data architecture, data modelling, SQL development, Power BI and advanced Excel within a complex, multi-source data environment.
