- Lead stakeholder engagement across OSAT and EWM (SIFO) business, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment on SAP Contract Manufacturing (CM) solution design, strategic priorities, and roadmap execution.
- Foster effective cross-team collaboration among technical, functional, and business groups; provided high‑level ABAP guidance, reviewed solution architectures, and upheld development quality and delivery efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives, aligning with industry best practices to achieve measurable operational gains.
- Provide strategic leadership in analysing, designing, and configuring SAP CM processes, applying strong SAP MM expertise to address complex and cross‑functional business needs.
