Senior Analyst, Cash Apps

We are looking for a candidate proficient in Chinese to manage and oversee cash application activities for assigned portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timely resolution of complex issues, and driving continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cash application and reconciliation activities for assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage more complex portfolios and resolve discrepancies to minimize disputes.
• Ensure timely follow-up on unallocated payments and open items.
• Process and validate credit/ debit memos by ensuring appropriate approvals are in place prior to release.
• Perform write off adjustments on customer accounts in accordance to guidelines.
• Ensure compliance to SLAs, policies and procedures.
• Support month end closing, audits, and cross functional coordination.
