Key Job Functions
Survey Design and Project Management
- Develop survey instruments using established materials and custom enhancements
- Perform quality control to ensure minimal or no errors
- Manage projects through all phases, including initial launch
- Collaborate effectively with project team members across functions
Client Servicing
- Monitor and communicate status (quality, timing, budget) of survey research programs to clients and stakeholders throughout all phases
- Provide support to senior team members on complex programs
- Contribute to best practice development and share best practices with clients
