As a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics, you will partner closely with Marketing, Loyalty, and Personalization leaders to understand business challenges and deliver analytics-driven insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for customer segmentation, campaign measurement, customer insights, and reporting that help improve targeting, personalization, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
