Job responsibilities:

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Contingent Workers system related issues. 
  • Provide End to end support of Workday Contingent Worker L2 level tickets. 
  • Act as liaison between Supply Chain Group, Identity Management and other Functional COE, & Third-Party vendors to understand business challenges as well as work closely in gathering business requirements and providing support to getting new functionalities implemented in Workday.
  • Collaborate with team to help customers/business for Workday Production issues related to Contingent Workers.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the various functionalities of Workday HCM for Contingent Workers.
  • Knowledge in Workday platform includes multiple functional tasks like Core HCM, Reporting & Security.
  • Perform continuous improvement & optimization of current system processes.
