Role Overview
Join our IT Product Support team at Marsh as a Senior Analyst. This hybrid role requires working three days in office and provides high-quality support to the Operations business across the Pacific Region. You will investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues, working with clients, other IT departments, and suppliers.
What You Will Do
Manage activities to investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues. Provide users with best practice communications, guidance, and support until tickets are resolved. Conduct scope and solutions analysis for projects related activities.
