Senior Analyst, Strategy

Permanent, full‑time position in Canada Life’s Strategy Team.

Overview: The Strategy Team guides all lines of business, thinking 5‑10 years ahead, future‑proofing the organization and driving both corporate and business unit strategy. The team works on high‑impact, large‑scale transformations such as acquisitions, technology changes, M&A, AI initiatives, and the Canada Life Board strategy process. Work involves engaging senior leaders, managing complex transformations, and presenting outcomes to the Board.

• Own and manage workstreams within projects
• Support strategic problem‑solving and business‑casings for strategic opportunities
• Develop and update financial models for M&A or partnership opportunities
